Second Balkan HF contest RESULTS

Many thanks to RAAG for the organization of the contest. And – in the very beginning – special congratulations to the winners Ivo, 9A1AA in Category A (winner last year, too) and Todor, LZ1ND in Category B (QRP). It was pleasure also to hear in the air two YLs – Chara, SY2BEU and Pavlina, LZ3BK.

Some 140 radio amateurs took part in the contest. Special thanks for their participations, especially to those who have sent their logs in time. Regrettably the following participants have not delivered their logs even two weeks after the deadline 9A1UN, E73RB, E74O, LZ3SM, S57TW, SV1HKD, SV1IZF, SV1KYC, SV1MO, SV1ONV/QRP, SV1UH/QRP, SV2HNE, SV2HTX, SV4QUB, SV8FEB, SV8JTS, SV8QDJ, SV9CJO, SY8ARI and many, many more with one or two QSOs only.

SV1PMQ has sent a log without exchanged numbers of QSOs.

For all the participants with logs in order, the QSOs with the above stations have been recognized OK, if there has been no contradiction with the times and numbers received by the rest correspondents. Regrettably this is impossible for the QSOs with correspondents having made only one or two QSOs.

In connection with the above – special thanks to Tomislav, 9A3PAJ. He has made only one QSO, but sent a log.

In several logs ER4LX has been qualified QRP, but ER4LX has declared himself in his log “Power high”, therefore all QSO with him have been rated one point.

First ten in Category A and first three in Category B will be awarded special plaques. Best participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYROM, Moldova, Romania and Turkey will be awarded plaques, too since they are out of mentioned above.

Next Balkan HF Contest will be held on 14 February 2016, the organizer will be appointed after consultations with Balkan societies. Every candidature will be highly appreciated.
